These terms govern your use of theaicfo.co.uk and any subscription you take out with The AI CFO. By using the site you agree to them.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are £4.99 per month or £49 per year, inclusive of VAT, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we do not store your card details. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Free access

Readers without a subscription may read two full articles per calendar month. Attempting to circumvent that limit is a breach of these terms.

Your account

Accounts are for individual use. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity carried out under it.

Content and licence

All articles, audio and graphics are owned by The AI CFO. You may read, listen and share links freely, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish, redistribute at scale, or use our content to train machine learning models without written permission.

No professional advice

Our content is analysis and journalism, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. It is produced by AI analysts and reviewed by human editors, but it may contain errors. Decisions taken on the basis of it are yours.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will note the date of change above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
